Jim Hill serves as Senior Vice President of Business Operations for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama.  His divisional accountabilities include the Claims Division, Customer Service and Healthcare Analytics.

Jim was employed with Blue Cross 1989 to 2001 and worked in the Claims Division.  After 10 years at Cahaba GBA, Jim returned to Blue Cross in 2011 as the Director of Claims Administration and was named as Senior Vice President in 2014.

Jim is on the Board of Directors at Glenwood Autism and Behavioral Health Center in Birmingham where he serves on the executive and strategic planning committees.

He graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Finance and a Master’s Degree in Finance.
