Robert Orr is Senior Vice President, Enterprise Resources for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama. He has been in this role since 2019.

Most recently, Mr. Orr served as Vice President of Customer Service. He joined Blue Cross in 1983 in the Corporate Performance Department. Mr. Orr has also served as Claims Division Manager, Medicare Part A Department Manager, Vice President of Cahaba GBA.

Robert graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and later received his Masters of Business Administration from Samford University. Robert currently serves on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Alabama.
